Sara has been teaching yoga classes since 2013 and is drawn to leading restorative, yin, and slow-flow yoga styles. She believes in making yoga accessible for all and uses a trauma-informed approach. She is dedicated to building safe spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and cared for.
