About Sara

Sara Fisher (she/they) began teaching Pilates in 2023. She completed her certification with Classical Pilates Education in April 2025 and received a trauma-informed yoga certification in 2019. Sara has helped humans build strength, find relaxation, increase flexibility, and improve balance since she received her first yoga instructor certification in 2013. She takes a gentle and supportive approach and has a special interest in helping clients with joint hypermobility, neurodiversity, disabilities, and chronic pain conditions. As an athlete, Sara practices Pilates regularly because it improves her overall strength and joint stability while providing a fun yet challenging experience.
